Well, it's been a very long week. worked about 63.5 hours between 3 jobs-fun. Not getting to relax for memorial day was kind of a bummer. I'm used to my family having a big BBQ, but they decided not to do it this year. So, instead I worked of course... I got out at 6 though, which isnt too bad. But instead of me getting a chance to enjoy the weather, a thunderstorm decided to roll by and start pouring. So, I went running anyway-with the thunder and lighting all happening right over top of me. fun eh.

another 14 hour day tomorrow...

happy memorial day. thank a soldier.

what will the future bring.

After working all day, I drove down to south jersey to go to erics housewarming party. It was pretty good, lots of people there including jim fisher who was one of my influences to be on the morning announcements... he was hilarious. There were also a few other people I haven't seen since high school and others I haven't seen in a few months. And I also met a few cool people.

The highlight of the night was seeing steve dixon though. pat doody got to erics party then got word that people we're hanging out at pat deyoungs house so pat drove my car there and I got to see steve who just got done basic (i think) and ryan mcgovern who is going to fallujah june 1st. It's kinda wierd because we were all in the same room on senior trip ( and kyle storey who apparently left before I got there) and I think that was the first time we really hung out since then. I haven't really been good friends with them but I have known them and am very proud to know that they are my friends and are sacrificing a lot for the United States. I also saw drew who I used to work with, he is leaving for the marine corps in a few months also. steve was pretty shaken up by basic training, but he's a strong kid and I think he'll make it just fine (i hope)

...seeing friends go through that brings feelings like im obligated to follow in their footsteps and serve also. However, right now is not the time for that. But im not saying that it wont happen in the future.

im glad I drove home tonight, so I can just sleep, wake up and go to work. Rather than having to drive home tomorrow morning.

some shut-eye.

...Just got back from up north. I stopped at acme on my way home to talk to some people that may have connections to get me a job in washington township, which would be awesome. We'll see how that turns out.

I start a new job tomorrow-Cornerstone Remodeling. I'm working with Ron and his brother Nick. The pay rate is low buy the enjoyment factor should be high. Ron and I havent worked together in almost a year so working with him this summer should be a good time.

time for sleep.

...kinda had a repeat from yesterday- I spilled grape juice all over the back room floor today at work. Though, other than that, there were no incidents of that sort.

The sub we put in last night is sliding all over my back floor so today I've gotta fine a way to keep it still.

I Also got my notice for the civil service test today, so thats pretty exciting. Ive got a about 3 weeks before I take the test, but I really have to start studying for it. Hopefully my results will be good enough to produce a job...

Yeah, so I started one of these. Trendy, huh.

I had to work at 8:00am this morning. Kinda sucked because i'm used to sleeping in due to the semester being over and all. It was a pretty clumbsy day, I dropped and entire case of eggs on the floor, cleaned it up then dropped some more. Then about 45 minutes later I dropped a 12 pack of soda, which went everywhere.

Jammed with Jason the other night, that was fun. We may record a cd later in the summer, that should be fun. We were trying to play some of our old songs, but couldn't remember the words or the guitar. We'll figure it out...

I'm going to go be a more productive human being. (yesterday I sat around and did nothing)
